Gift Skateboards is a non-profit skate shop and free skate park based in Henderson, KY. Their aim is to help people learn to skate via their free lessons at the local park, free indoor park, and gifting gently used skateboards to folks that need one. With that in mind, I wanted to create a sort of ethereal triptych with these board designs that left interpretation up to the viewer, but when brought together make a larger piece much like Gift tries to create a community by bringing everyone together.
